Succinctly, most new cases do not require trial-medication and once a firm diagnosis has been made (ideally using IDEXX as an external laboratory) and significant co-morbidities have been excluded, then the case can be referred. Our IDEXX Submission form is available via the login area – take care to add your own name and practice name with telephone number, and the cat and client name, to the form. When using our IDEXX account the laboratory fee will be charged to your client.
